I'm Mariano J. Perez, a multidisciplinary designer and illustrator based in New York City. My creative journey began with a foundation in cartooning and illustration, shaped by my studies at the School of Visual Arts and a lifelong passion for visual storytelling.

Over the past decade, I’ve developed a diverse practice across graphic design, illustration, UX/UI, motion graphics, and 3D visualization. I’ve worked on everything from educational publications and digital content to branding assets, product visuals, and public-facing campaigns—bringing concepts to life through thoughtful, accessible design.

My work is grounded in clarity, empathy, and a strong understanding of both visual aesthetics and user experience. I’m skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, MS Office, and a wide range of creative tools and platforms. I approach every project—from illustrations and infographics to web layouts and pitch decks—with attention to detail, collaborative energy, and a problem-solving mindset.

Beyond design, I’ve contributed illustrations to educational and international initiatives, exhibited graphic novel adaptations, and published comics that explore narrative structure and visual rhythm.
